Dermple Yellow

I spotted a pimple right before taking my dog out and nearly stayed home to mess with it. Instead, I put on a yellow star, grabbed the leash, and left. By the time we reached the park, I had forgotten all about it.

I wore one to a weekend market because the spot on my cheek was impossible to miss. The yellow star looked cute with my outfit, so I stopped trying to hide it. I walked around all morning without feeling weird about it.

A pimple showed up on the morning of a road trip. Great timing. I cleaned the spot, put on Yellow, and forgot about it somewhere between the first snack stop and the fight over the playlist. It stayed on the whole drive.

A pimple appeared on the same day my friends planned a picnic. I wore Yellow instead of piling makeup over it, and the star looked surprisingly good in the photos. I spent the afternoon eating, laughing, and not worrying about one spot.

Yellow is the one I reach for on slow weekend mornings. I put on a star, make breakfast, open the windows, and get on with whatever I am doing. It feels simple and cheerful. The breakout suddenly does not seem like such a big deal.
